2007 Wellspring Drama Teacher Annual Interchange
What is Wellspring? The annual Wellspring is a networking opportunity for theatre teachers in Washington State to meet, share resources, information, ideas, and strategies with our colleagues and other professionals interested in educational theatre. Why is Wellspring? As educational theatre professional, we are often the only person in our school to serve as the steward for theatre in our schools. The Wellspring offers us a chance to gather with other theatre professional in a casual, collegial, and informative setting? When is Wellspring? This year Wellspring is Saturday, September 29, 2008 from 10am - 1pm. Wellspring meetings happen statewide simutaneously so that we may tap resources across the state. Where is Wellspring? Contact your area representative listed below for the details in your area. While you are free to attend any that you choose, we have divided the state up into regions that may help facilitate your presence. Why should I attend Wellspring? For CLOCK HOURS, FOOD, FRIENDS, and NETWORKING. Who shoud attend Wellspring? Any K-12 school theatre educator, directors, curriculum coordinators, principals, school guest artists, and others who have a stake in theatre education in our schools.
